In this, you will be responsible for processing invoices in an accurate manner reporting to the Office Manager.
This role would be ideal for a focused individual who is well organized, very detail-oriented with strong prioritizing and follow-up skills.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Create and prepare invoices daily

Must have 2 to 3 year’s experience creating and preparing invoices

Perform administrative support to include order entry/answering phones

Strong attention to detail

Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Proactive and self-disciplined

Superior computer, organizational and time management skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Competent in use of accounting spreadsheets
-
Perform other duties as assigned
