In this, you will be responsible for processing invoices in an accurate manner reporting to the Office Manager.

This role would be ideal for a focused individual who is well organized, very detail-oriented with strong prioritizing and follow-up skills.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Create and prepare invoices daily

  • Must have 2 to 3 year’s experience creating and preparing invoices

  • Perform administrative support to include order entry/answering phones

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Proactive and self-disciplined

  • Superior computer, organizational and time management skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Competent in use of accounting spreadsheets

  • Perform other duties as assigned
